The project

Inconnection wanted to draw on the expertise of a CRM and Microsoft Dynamics specialist, to enable them to better understand how to use the software which manages the commercial aspects of running customer events.

The solution

CRM Knowledge provides ongoing, flexible Microsoft Dynamics 365 support to Inconnection. The overall goal is to bring specialist CRM knowledge into the business leaders, to enable them to use Dynamics to its full potential – helping to drive the company forward, focusing better on key opportunities.

Inconnection’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 system had been built by another provider, who had left them to manage as best they could once the system was initially in place. Inconnection engaged CRM Knowledge to fill that gap.
