With three offices across the UK, Strawberry Global Technology is an IT services provider to 150 corporate and SMB clients.

The project

A Gold Microsoft Partner, Strawberry Global Technology wanted the help of a CRM specialist to enable them to create and develop a new Microsoft Dynamics line of business.

The solution

CRM Knowledge was engaged to take Strawberry Global Technology’s already technically strong team (including some people specifically recruited for this venture) and provide the skills and knowledge needed to be able to confidently build Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

CRM Knowledge provided a bespoke, intensive training programme aimed at Strawberry Global Technology’s specific needs. This included being able to provide product demonstrations to customers as well as building working CRM solutions. The training built knowledge within the team, enabling Strawberry Global Technology to enter a new marketplace more rapidly and with greater confidence.
